    Job Description:

    • We are looking for candidates with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management.
    • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a minimum of one end-to-end implementation experience.
    • Expertise in configuring the Time Management module within SAP SuccessFactors, tailored to business needs and best practices across multiple countries.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Employee Central configuration, including custom objects, role-based permissions (RBP), and Report Center (Canvas/Advanced Reports). Proficiency in managing MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and Workflows.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules, adhering to best practices.
    • Active involvement in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for the Time Management module.
    • Stay current with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, particularly in absence management, and proactively implement improvements.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
       

    Responsibilities: 

    • As a success factors consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading engagements to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions for clients throughout various stages ranging from problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and implementation.
    • Key duties include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, offering expert guidance, and evaluating the proposed solutions for client challenges to detect potential risks or issues. You will also identify the need for change management and recommend a structured strategy for helping clients manage these changes, utilizing diverse communication channels.
    • Additionally, you will play a critical role in coaching and inspiring your team, developing a clear vision, delivering specialized training in your areas of expertise, and providing constructive feedback to motivate high performance.
    • As a key contributor to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, you will be dedicated to delivering consulting solutions that align with organizational guidelines and processes, ensuring that clients receive impactful, value-added services.     Qualification:

    • A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Success Factors HR.
    • Proven expertise in implementing and possessing in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Technical proficiency in working with Success Factors software.
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex Success Factors engagements, covering all project phases, including scoping, planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Project team sizes range from five to twenty members.
    • Hands-on experience with Success Factors replication, core hybrid, talent hybrid, or full cloud deployment.
    • Strong background in designing cloud software architecture and coding methodologies.
    • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing principles.
    • Functional expertise in SAP solutions, specifically SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors products.
    • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (100% travel required).
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proven track record of successful Success Factors implementations.
       

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

    • In-depth technical expertise in Recruiting Data Models and associated features such as candidate status sets, recruiting settings, career site configurations, agency setup, and reporting functionalities.
    • Strong technical proficiency in Onboarding 2.0, including key features like Onboarding Panels, Compliance Forms, Notifications, Security Permissions, Business Rules and Advanced Conditions, and MDF Objects.
    • Hands-on experience in both implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Ability to collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • SAP Success Factors certification in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 is required.
