    Job Title: SFDC Techno functional Consultant

    Work Location: Seattle, WA (Initial Remote)

     

    Job Description:               

    We are looking for a Salesforce expert who will serve as the Administrator, Architect, and Developer for all Salesforce-related operations. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to optimize service delivery and enhance platform efficiency. You will be responsible for the daily management, support, and maintenance of Salesforce and associated applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

    Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing business applications, as well as ensuring comprehensive documentation and testing of all system configurations. You will also evaluate current features for scalability and performance, proposing solutions to business partners and communicating complex ideas across technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, you will manage Salesforce licenses, oversee renewals, and deliver training to users as needed. Regular vendor training will be a part of staying current with new technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, Architect, and DFunctionaleveloper.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and optimize service delivery across platforms.
    • Provide daily support and maintain Salesforce and related applications.
    • Conceptualize, implement, monitor, and manage business applications.
    • Ensure thorough documentation and testing of all system configurations.
    • Analyze existing designs for scalability and performance, recommending improvements.
    • Communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
    • Manage Salesforce licensing and renewals.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for Salesforce users.
    • Attend vendor training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.
    • Perform additional duties as needed.
       

    Professional Skills:

    • Expertise in optimizing marketing and business development tech stacks, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and other platforms.
    • Strong experience in building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
    • Excellent project management skills with a focus on results, execution, and attention to detail.
    • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical and analytical issues.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience in systems development, coding, and customizations.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and align them with system capabilities.
    • Team player with adaptability to handle multiple tasks in a growing company.
       

    Technical Skills:

    • Extensive experience with marketing and business development tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and other platforms.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, and Planner.
    • Strong database experience, particularly in SQL (writing queries, generating reports).
    • Experience with various programming languages is a plus.
       

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in data migration processes is preferred, as well as familiarity with deployments and metadata migration.
    • Hands-on experience with integrations using web services, particularly REST and SOAP APIs.
    • A degree in Computer Science (MTech, BE/BTech, MCA) from a reputable institution.
    • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle software development experience, with a proven track record of accomplishments and increasing responsibilities.
    • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
    • Experience in client-facing roles or the demonstrated ability to handle client interactions effectively.
    • Exposure to database management, including writing SQL queries, data modeling, and indexing.
    • Proficient in working with SOAP/REST web services.
