- 3 to 5 years of experience is required

- Experience in handling atleast 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.

- Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality – Short Term incentive, Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics.
