    Job Description:

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant. As a key player in this position, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large, global, and multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives, drive system quality, and deliver on the company’s strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership in SuccessFactors Implementation Projects:

    • Spearheaded and ensured the successful delivery of large-scale, global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects.
    • Lead cross-functional project teams, motivating them to meet project goals and maintain high standards of execution.
    • Manage multiple work streams within the project, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.
       

    Production Support and SAP HCM Integration:

    • Provide expert support in handling production support tickets, as well as critical year-end activities within the SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ecosystem.
    • Offer guidance on troubleshooting and resolving any challenges during production and post-implementation phases.
       

    Collaboration with IT Teams:

    • Collaborate closely with IT personnel to assess and validate existing solutions and newly implemented ones.
    • Ensure all implementations meet business needs while maintaining system quality and operational efficiency.
       

    Customer-Centric Solutions Development:

    • Work closely with customers, aligning SuccessFactors solutions to meet their unique strategic objectives and business needs.
    • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to enhance system efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
       

    Experience in SAP ERP HCM Integration:

    • Apply your knowledge of SAP ERP HCM by facilitating seamless integration or migration from legacy SAP systems to the SuccessFactors platform.
    • Leverage your experience with back-end SAP ERP systems to streamline processes and improve solution efficacy.
       

    Risk and Change Management:

    • Identify, manage, and track project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure that potential project roadblocks are addressed proactively, maintaining project timelines and customer satisfaction.
       

    Support Pre-Sales Activities:

    • Play an active role in pre-sales activities, providing expert knowledge and presentations that assist in winning new business.
    • Support the development of proposals and technical solutions that align with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
       

    Strategic Product Roadmap Development:

    • Collaborate with customers, partners, field personnel, and engineering teams to define and drive the Platform product roadmap.
    • Consider industry best practices, ensuring that the solutions developed are both innovative and aligned with future trends.
       

    Desired Experience:

    • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
    • Possess deep expertise in SAP ECC HCM configuration, specifically in Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Personnel Development (PD) modules.
    • Extensive experience with SAP transactions like PFAL, CHARM, and Solution Manager, ensuring smooth system operations and configuration management.
    • Demonstrated ability to work within an Agile environment, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools to deliver on project objectives efficiently.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a structured and timely manner.
    • Experienced in adhering to project management principles, including developing work tasks, estimating levels of effort, and providing input to ensure projects stay on track.
       

    Qualifications for SAP SuccessFactors Role:

    • Proven ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision. Can offer guidance to less experienced team members and make informed decisions independently.
    • Over 5 years of experience in a senior SAP SuccessFactors project management role, having completed at least two full project lifecycles.
    • A proven history of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-module SuccessFactors projects on time and within scope.
    • A solid background in SAP SuccessFactors implementations is highly advantageous, offering valuable insights and expertise for project execution.
    • 6 to 8 years of experience in consulting, IT, or HR business environments, working on various projects that require both technical and strategic input.
    • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Information, or a comparable field is required.
