- Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and configure SAP SWP and EWP solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SWP and EWP with other SAP modules.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SWP and EWP-related issues.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SWP and EWP functionalities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in workforce planning.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more relevant areas, ideally within the Nordic region.
- Practical experience with Supply Chain processes in S/4HANA solutions.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and their business value drivers.

- Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, including estimating, planning, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- In-depth business and industry knowledge in one or more sectors.
- Proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish).
- Successfully led consulting projects in warehouse management.
- Extensive expertise in SAP EWM, Yard Management, and SAP ERP, providing specialized product advice to clients.
- Strong experience in implementing and customizing SAP EWM, with deep knowledge of core warehouse processes, including Warehouse Planning, Inbound and Outbound operations, Internal Movements, and Physical Inventory.
- Understanding of Production Staging integration with MES and SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with GTS (Global Trade Services) integration.
- Proficient in integrating EWM for Transportation Execution.
- Exposure to Logistics Business Network (LBN) is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics integration with 3PL providers and logistics systems using EDI/XML through middleware platforms such as SAP PO/PI, Web Methods, and MuleSoft.
- B.Tech/B.E in any field from top-tier institutions such as IITs, NITs, or BITS.
