- Manage all aspect of projects throughout the lifecycle
- Project planning: schedule, resources, budget, scope
- Monitoring and Controlling project execution, Progress Reporting (KPI’s), Exception Handling and KPI’s
- Ensure project deliverables and checkpoints are produced, reviewed and approved according to the client’s Portfolio and Financial Governance Process
- Manage team of cross functional project team members to deliver technical scope
- Develop detailed scope plan and track delivery thereof, define what success means
- Report on project status and progress of deliverables, anticipate roadblocks and develop mitigation and action plans to resolve risks and issues.
- Plan and manage deployments
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details, analytical thinking and common sense
- Excellent organizational and technical skills (Strong MS Office skills, smartsheet, Jira, teams,etc)
- Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills

Technical Project Manager to join a high profile sap project that will bring advanced analytical insights to business users.
Responsibilities:
Technical Product Skills Requirements
· Proficient knowledge in SAP
· Proficient understanding in SAP Business processes within SAP like PTP, OTC, DTC and FICO
· Knowledge in SAP technologies such as SAP BI/BW, S4 HANA, BTP, SAC
· Knowledge and experience in UI/UX is nice to have
· Experience in next gen tools using AI/ML, SAP Signavio etc is nice to have
Communication and Leadership Experience:
· Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with cross team s with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members.
· Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external application owners, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
General Project Management Skills
§ Project Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
§ Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project progress
§ Project Resource Management: Collaborate with resource managers to allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and external vendors, to support project execution
§ Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Implement cost-saving measures where possible, without compromising project quality
§ Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. Provide progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and alignment
§ Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions. Continuously monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
§ Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices
§ Change Management: Facilitate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget. Work with the Senior IT Project Manager and stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding changes
