    We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module configurations and functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring various aspects of SD, such as enterprise structure, master data, sales order processing, and pre-sales activities. Additionally, you will have a robust background in sales document management, pricing, and order management processes, ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of SAP SD in a variety of business environments.

    Key SAP Functional Skills

    • Configuration Expertise: Proficient in all key aspects of SAP SD configuration, including defining and assigning the enterprise structure, managing master data, and overseeing pre-sales processes and sales order processing.
    • Sales Documents: Extensive experience configuring and managing various sales documents, including sales document headers, items, schedule lines, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
    • Pricing Configuration: In-depth knowledge of SAP pricing elements such as condition tables, condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures, and condition records. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing pricing mechanisms to align with business objectives.
    • Order Management: Expertise in creating and managing sales documents across various scenarios (e.g., inquiry, quotation, standard orders, rush orders, cash sales, service orders, returns). You will also oversee outbound and inbound deliveries, billing, invoicing, and credit/debit memo processes. Additionally, you will configure and implement SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes covering the full range of functionalities, including master data uploads and workflow management.
    • Operating Systems: Skilled in working with Microsoft Windows and proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and analysis.
       

    Responsibilities

    • Collaboration with the AR Department: Work closely with the AR team to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes in a matrixed environment.
    • OTC Roadmap Development: Assist in defining and implementing the OTC roadmap to deliver targeted business benefits, enhancing process usability for both end users and external customers.
    • Business Integration Expertise: Provide process and systems expertise for integrating new business models and mergers, ensuring smooth transitions and system adoption.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify, drive, and monitor improvements within the OTC process area, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • End-to-end Process Documentation: Create detailed documentation of designed end-to-end processes to ensure clarity and consistency across departments.
    • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of new processes and controls as required, ensuring timely and effective delivery of improvements.
       

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
    • At least 5+ years in a leadership role within Accounting/Finance, preferably with global responsibilities.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) systems.
       

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in business analytics tools such as PowerBI or QlikView.
    • Advanced skills in Excel, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
       

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and implementation.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • Prior experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and familiarity with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) or FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) is a plus.
