- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of the SAP HCM Payroll module.
- Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other SAP HCM modules and external systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to integrate payroll with other SAP modules such as Time Management, Organizational Management, and Financial Accounting.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll-related issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of the SAP HCM Payroll module.
- Mentoring: Led and mentored junior team members, ensuring they were aligned with project goals and delivery timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll configuration and implementation.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP HCM Payroll projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, wage types, and schemas.
- Proficiency in integrating SAP Payroll with Time Management and other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues on time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
- Experience with global payroll processes and legal requirements across multiple regions is advantageous.
- SAP HCM Payroll certification.
- Experience in managing payroll operations for large, multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori for payroll processing and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support.
- Proven experience in leading SAP HCM Payroll projects.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and SAP HCM functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll.
- Additional certifications in SAP HCM modules are a plus.
