Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) and Special Ledger (STC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to design, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Implementation: Led the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules, with a particular emphasis on COPA and STC. Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules to meet specific business requirements. Customize solutions to enhance functionality and optimize performance.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. Address integration issues and provide solutions to enhance system interoperability.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP FICO solutions. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes. Maintain up-to-date records of changes and enhancements.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO solutions. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
   

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on COPA and STC.
• Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations and support.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in SAP FICO or related areas.
• Experience in the e-commerce or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
   

Experience:

• Proven experience in migrating to SAP S/4HANA, with a deep understanding of the migration process.
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and migrating complete SAP FICO Finance solutions within the S/4HANA environment, from inception to delivery.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) within both ERP and S/4HANA platforms.
• Expertise in SAP FICO solution design, along with experience in migration and end-to-end implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with core SAP FI integration with Material Management (MM) or Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
• Proficiency in working on rollout and system upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions and system enhancements.
