- Preparing and presenting progress reports.
- Creating user and technical documentation for SAP systems.

- Work with clients to understand business requirements and develop SAP solutions that align with their goals.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules, such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, and PP, or other relevant modules.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and participate in project meetings.
- Conduct various testing phases, including UAT, Unit, and Regression testing, and lead training sessions for end-users.
- Collaborate with global accounts, customers, and teams to implement EDI solutions for sales operations.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for SAP users.
- Keep up with advancements in SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, and other core SAP modules.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience interfacing SAP with non-SAP systems.
- Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Development Associate.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
