The ideal candidate will bring extensive production experience and an ability to develop and oversee comprehensive work plans, while consistently delivering progress updates to management and other stakeholders to track our innovative milestones.

    • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • A knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methods.
    • Use of Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., HP PPM, Clarity, Planview, etc)
    • Adept at using MS Suite (including MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint) advanced skills.
    • Professional recognized Project/Programme management qualification or previous relevant experience.
    • Strong analysis skills.
    • Ability to work within a regulated and controlled environment.
    • A strong advocate and practitioner of Diversity and Inclusivity.
       

    Objectives of this Role

    • Build and develop a high-performing project team by providing clear direction, motivation, and purpose, fostering an environment that maximizes team performance.
    • Lead projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment, managing timelines, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation strategies, while identifying and mitigating risks.
    • Collaborate with both internal and external resources to ensure all projects align with defined scope, schedules, and budget constraints.
    • Continuously monitor project status, making necessary adjustments to scope, schedule, or budget to meet evolving project demands.
    • Maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for daily project updates, status reports, and any potential changes.
       

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement project management processes to maintain control over project scope throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance benchmarks.
    • Oversee complex, multi-channel project performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential initiatives.
    • Cultivate partnerships with third-party vendors and research teams, ensuring their contributions align with project goals and timelines.
    • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project efficiency and optimize deliverables.
    • Report on project outcomes, potential risks, and any emerging issues to senior management, escalating critical matters as necessary in line with the project work plan.
       

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • A minimum of four years experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.
    • Proven experience in developing web technologies and software platforms, emphasizing usability and performance optimization.
    • Exceptional ability to meet tight deadlines and adhere to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing management at all levels.
    • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to effectively convey project details and updates.
       

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Professional certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
    • Experience in developing internal platforms to enhance business processes.
    • Proven ability to mentor and coach project team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
