    Job Title: Program Manager

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of key organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage and align activities across multiple projects to ensure they contribute to overall business objectives. This role involves coordinating programs that enhance operational efficiency, setting long-term objectives, and overseeing the development of budgets for both projects and programs.

    As a Program Manager, you will drive synergy between various initiatives, ensuring they complement one another and align with company goals. Core responsibilities include organizing and managing programs, establishing long-term strategies, and developing budgets to optimize resources and productivity.

    Key objectives:

    • Design, implement, and manage program initiatives that align with business goals. 
    • Create and apply evaluation protocols for ongoing program improvement.
    • Uphold company standards in satisfaction, quality, and performance.
    • Supervise multiple project teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
    • Manage financial resources and funding channels for peak efficiency.

    • Partner with the marketing team to enhance strategic approaches.
    • Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resource needs, timelines, and budgets for new initiatives. 
    • Maximize ROI by managing program and project teams and coordinating cross-project activities.
    • Identify and coordinate requirements for both internal teams and external vendors. 
    • Track project budget and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Work with fellow program managers to assess risks and opportunities across different projects.
    • Produce reports for managers and stakeholders, providing insight into program performance and risks.
       

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years in a senior management or program management role.
    • Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    • Experience managing stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
    • Expertise in change management and performance evaluation processes.
       

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM software.
    • Experience in writing proposals.
       

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive project management experience in complex, large-scale projects.
