    Job Description: 

    We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to join our expanding ERP team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering exciting growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM and possess the ability to proactively identify tasks without needing constant direction.     Key Responsibilities: 

    Client Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:

    • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes and functional requirements.
    • Produce comprehensive design documentation based on client needs, following industry best practices.
       

    Fit-Gap Analysis & Solution Design:

    • Conduct thorough Fit-Gap analysis to identify business needs versus standard Oracle Cloud functionality.
    • Propose and design functional solutions that address the identified gaps.
       

    System Configuration & Setup:

    • Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, such as Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Accounting. 
    • Ensure all required setups and configurations are aligned with business requirements.
       

    Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues and process exceptions within the Oracle Cloud PPM environment.
    • Continuously optimize processes for better efficiency and system performance.
       

    Project Documentation:

    • Develop and maintain various project documents including solution design, functional specifications, setup documentation, test scripts (SIT/UAT), and training materials.
       

    Data Migration Support:

    • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data migration, including loading both Master and transactional data into Oracle Cloud.
       

    Testing & User Training:

    • Lead functional testing efforts, ensuring that all configurations and customizations meet client needs.
    • Conduct client training sessions to ensure users are well-equipped to operate the PPM modules effectively.

    Skill Requirement:

    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to thoroughly understand functional requirements and produce high-quality design documentation adhering to best practices.
    • Perform business requirement analysis and conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify solutions.
    • Configure Fusion instances for financial modules, ensuring all necessary setups are in place.
    • Identify and resolve process exceptions to ensure smooth operations.
    • Actively contribute to the creation of key project documentation, including solution designs, functional specifications, setup guides, SIT/UAT test scripts, and training materials.
    • Work with technical teams to facilitate data migration, handling both Master and transactional data.
       

    Required Expertise:

    • Proven experience with Oracle R12/Fusion PPM modules, including at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
    • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Accounting.
    • Strong background in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading Fit-Gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training.
    • Solid understanding of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA).
    • Ability to collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality work.
    • Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams working on the Oracle Cloud PPM module.
    • Professionals with 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud PPM.
