Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, and SCM modules. Ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and timelines.
   

Job Role: 

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will work closely with various teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will involve both hands-on development and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in our Oracle Fusion Cloud operations.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant Duty Framework:

• System Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing Oracle Fusion Cloud systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Application Development: Design and develop custom applications and extensions using Oracle Fusion Cloud tools and technologies. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Integration: Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with other systems and platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to ensure functionality and performance. Deploy applications to production environments and monitor for issues.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
   

Skills:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional or similar are a plus.

Experience Required:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is required. Experience in implementing and configuring ERP, HCM, and SCM modules is highly desirable.

The salary for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant typically ranges from $90,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects the competitive nature of the market and the demand for skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud consultants.
