- Design and Architecture: Design, develop, and implement OCI solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Cloud Administration: Manage OCI resources including computing, storage, networking, and identity management.
- Migration and Deployment: Lead cloud migration projects, including workload migration from on-premises to OCI.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards within OCI environments.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of OCI services to meet client requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OCI-related issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OCI configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored OCI solutions.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior team members on OCI best practices and technologies.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Expertise in OCI services such as computing, Networking, Storage, Database, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and more.
- Hands-on experience with OCI migration tools and services for data and application migration.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools for automated OCI deployments.
- Proficient in network configuration (VPC, subnets, routing, DNS, load balancing) within OCI.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases, middleware, and application development within OCI.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and performance management tools within OCI.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, OCI Developer) are highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 3 years specifically in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications (e.g., OCI Architect Associate, OCI Architect Professional) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in OCI services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, etc.).
- Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
