Duties Role Job Responsibilities: 

Contact center with IVR and Chatbot experience 

Solid Exp on LLM model creation on Open AI 

Google CCAI platform 

Azure platform 

Creation of Transcript summary from Voice and Chat in Gen AI 

Ability to create different Intents for Google Bots automatically by finding gaps in the intents from production and automatically fix them in the Chat and Voice BOTS 

Creation of a Dashboard with different insights from Google Big Query from the Transcripts in Google Looker 

Create Call flows using Gen AI using Transcript summary. 

Google Dialog Flow exp
