We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on developing and implementing generative AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into applications and services.
• Develop and fine-tune prompts to interact with AI models, ensuring high-quality and relevant outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and behavior.
  Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into applications and services.
• Develop and design algorithms for generative models using advanced deep learning methods.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement generative AI solutions into current workflow systems.
• Conduct research and remain current with the latest developments in generative AI technologies and approaches.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for generative AI models and their applications.
• Present complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably.
   

Job Requirement:

• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch for building AI models.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI techniques, including GANs and VAEs.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient AI systems.
• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing, particularly for text generation tasks.
• Familiarity with computer vision and AI-driven image generation.
• Proficient in data pre-processing and feature engineering for training AI models.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and optimization strategies.
• Experience in deploying AI models into production settings.
• Ability to keep pace with the latest generative AI advancements and apply them to projects.
