- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
- Oversee the development of business cases and manage all aspects of vendor relations, including selection and negotiation.
- Secure necessary funding approvals and manage budgetary expenditures for IT-related business solutions.
- Proactively identify, track, and address project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure that all projects comply with internal development guidelines and standards.
- Identify, negotiate for, and acquire the appropriate resources required for successful project execution.
- Engage with stakeholders to establish ownership and secure their commitment to project success.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its customization capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CRM integration tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
- Experience with CRM integrations using APIs and Web Services (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and proficiency in SQL queries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
- Set up and manage communication forums for both internal and external project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, status, and outcomes.
- Offer strategic advice and guidance on business implementation and change management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process and portfolio improvements, advocating for enhancements where applicable.
- Proven track record in managing and executing large-scale digital and software projects within complex environments.
- Extensive experience in creating business cases, conducting RFQ and RFT processes, and managing vendor relationships, including negotiation and selection.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, including methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and best practices.
- Experience in migrating legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Azure integrations.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related technologies.
