Job Description: 

The Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in addressing key business challenges, such as streamlining complexity, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a holistic, process-oriented approach to foster innovation, reduce strategic costs, and drive enterprise transformation. Consultants collaborate with clients from both the private and public sectors, helping them build internal capabilities for sustained operational and innovation improvements. Our services focus on various aspects of a client's value chain, integrating assets, processes, policies, and people to deliver optimal value.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting business performance diagnostics and process assessments.
• Overseeing application design and architectural elements.
• Leading functional and process design activities.
• Creating functional requirements for application design.
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Supervising application build, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Planning and managing data conversion activities.
• Driving test planning and execution.
• Leading project and program management activities, showcasing expertise in process re-engineering, technology implementation, and organizational change.
   

Requirements:         

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related field (BA/BS).
• Over 3 years of experience with Dynamics AX or NAV Finance implementations.
• Involvement in the requirements-gathering process for IT systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, people, and projects.
• Solid understanding of business management and strategic analysis.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business or technology.
• Dynamics D365 Certification or equivalent in NAV.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Expertise in project accounting.
• Familiarity with at least one software development methodology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and Microsoft Project.

Job Role:

• Collaborate as part of an implementation team of 4 to 6 members on Enterprise ERP projects.
• Engage directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance and Accounting processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
• Work closely with both functional and technical team members to ensure successful and timely project execution.
• Actively lead the requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.
• Stay up-to-date on product features and capabilities to effectively apply them to client projects.
• Utilize all company-provided and standard tools to deliver project tasks efficiently.
