    As an AWS Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our cloud solutions are efficient, secure, and scalable. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and continuous improvement of our cloud environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cloud Infrastructure Design: Architect and design cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services to meet business requirements.
    • Deployment and Management: Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud applications and services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
    • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency and scalability.
    • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards to protect data and applications.
    • Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
    • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring and alerting systems to track the health and performance of cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
       

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
       

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and Lambda.
    • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
    • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
       

    Soft Skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
    • Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
       

    Experience

    • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in AWS. Should have working experience in various components like EC2, Lambda, ALB, S3, etc.
    • Should have working experience in Java Kafka.
    • Should have Python programming, Unix, and SQL experience.
